Stefano Bastasin – Ideal Work Senior Trainer
Stefano Bastasin began his career at Ideal Work very young working in the warehouse. Then he began helping the Technical Director during the training. Now he is the Technical assistance manager, he supervises the first application of the new customers and he is responsible for the “samples program” in big projects.
During WOC 2009 he joined Bob Harris and John Anderson in the DEMO for Paladiano. During the Demos at Ideal Work he worked with a lot American industry leaders such as Bob Harris, Mike Archambault, Clark Branum, Trevor Foster.....

Bob Harris – Decorative Concrete Institute
Bob Harris is an independent trainer who generously shares his experiences with students throughout the world. He has authored best-selling guides and DVD training programmes. Harris gained creative inspiration creating themed concrete work on the Disney properties. As senior superintendent, he did everything from casting tree branches to stamping alligator paw prints. He was responsible for product training and testing for a leading manufacturer of colouring systems for a decade before founding the Decorative Concrete Institute.
Bob's expertise has taken him many places to share his ideas and educate others in the field of architectural concrete. He has presented at the World of Concrete for seven consecutive years, World of Concrete in Mexico City for the past four years, was the Master of Ceremonies at the Con/Expo Con/Agg demo in Las Vegas in March of 2002, participated in various speaking engagements for the Decorative Concrete Council, has conducted training sessions in Mexico, Germany, Spain, England, South Africa, Athens, Greece, Italy and the Caribbean to name a few.
