Hands-on Classroom Training

Ideal Work Elite Crete offer a wide range of training for the decorative concrete and architectural flooring industry. The events are held in our state of the art training facility in Stockport. Each of the training courses are tailored to specific products and systems, ensuring all trainees get the most from our hands-on and classroom training.

Basic Training Events

The basic training covers imprinted concrete paving systems, Ideal Wall vertical texturing system and SassoItalia exposed aggregate paving. Our expert trainers make sure that everything is covered in the hands-on application of each system.

Presentations will be hosted in the classroom along with price analysis and technical data. The classroom sessions offer time to break down all the information and have round table discussions with the trainers and other attendees.

The basic training is held every month and spaces are limited to ensure each attendee has maximum exposure over the two days.

Advanced Training Events

Ideal Work Elite Crete offer advanced decorative concrete training that covers decorative flooring, saw cuts, decorative staining and many other special techniques. The advanced training courses are aimed at the highest levels of decorative concrete finishes that increase profit margins when applied in the field.

These events are held periodically and places are on request only with a first come first booked basis.

Individual Training Events

Companies that are interested in one-on-one decorative concrete training can book these events on request. A minimum number of delegates will be required and the training can be designed to suit your company’s specific requirements.

International Training Events

Over the past ten years Ideal Work, our Italian parent company has hosted many international training events. Companies from every corner of the world have attended these events and return every time we hold a new training programme.

International training events are hosted at both of our training facilities, Ideal Work in Italy and Ideal Work Elite Crete in England. The international training events are used as a stepping stone to introduce new products and techniques. Guest trainers and speakers are also present to enhance the overall training experience.
