This contemporary apartment complex required something a little different for the walkways. The architect wanted to bring the colours and design of the building into the paved areas.
Ideal Work produced a custom Colour Hardener called Burnt Orange to complement our standard Medium Grey Colour Hardener. Charcoal Release Powder was used over both colours.

The big misconception is that Stamped Concrete is for external paving areas only. The truth is that Stamped Concrete offers the same features and benefits for internal floors in just as many ways.
This project was for a leisure park that had used Stamped Concrete throughout the exterior of the park. They wanted the new entryway to the holiday homes to have an open, outdoor feel.

The interior designer of this speciality furniture store wanted a rugged natural stone floor without the problems of joints.
Stamped Concrete was the answer. Ideal Work produced a custom texture to replicate the natural stone the designer had chosen. The entire area only had joints that were in the original subfloor, about every 4m/2.

A chain of traditional Irish bars found it difficult to use new stone to create an old world feel when building new locations. The natural stone was also very difficult to keep clean and maintain.

The large swimming pool needed a complementary surround and terrace areas that would be easy to maintain.
The design chosen was Bush Hammered Stone Texture with a White Colour Hardener and Tan Release Powder.

This inner city residential development was designed with strict objectives in mind. The paved areas had to be vandal proof and able to withstand years of abuse from potential hooligans.
Residential areas such as this one have always been neglected when it comes to decorative surroundings. Security has always been a priority.
