Our technical support ranges from one-on-one product training in our state of the art training facility to our on-site technical support program with fully trained technicians with more than 10 years industry experience.
Even the more experienced contractors regularly call Ideal Work Elite Crete with queries or for how-to information. Technology in the decorative concrete industry is developing quickly, therefore we maintain our Technical Product Information (TPI) and Technical Method Statements (TMS) to ensure our clients have the most up-to-date information available.

IDEAL WORK Elite Crete has a network of qualified, trained and approved contractors extending beyond United Kingdom, Including Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Baltic states, Hungary, France, Ireland, the Middle East and Caribbean.
Training our staff and customers on all of our products and techniques is very important, we commit over 2700 hour per year to training. We have a 300 square meter indoor heated training facility for hands on training and a classroom for up to 50 people. Training is also given by our distributors and outlets.
